Hello, applicants!

Are you interested in helping the community and the server? Do you enjoy ensuring people have fun? Then you've come to the right place.

Becoming a Support member comes with great responsibility but can also be very rewarding. If this sounds interesting to you, keep reading to learn more!

📘 What do we look for in an applicant?

First and foremost, an applicant must show initiative to take on different tasks that will lead to better progress in every area. They must be willing to help and collaborate with the server. This is not mandatory but done voluntarily, which gives us a positive impression of an applicant. Lastly, we value personality and characteristics as much as skills.

Below, we've listed our standard requirements that you must consider before applying.

Standard Requirements:

Discord Requirements:

📖 Disclosure: Important Note

These requirements might seem intimidating, but they ensure that applicants reach their full potential and arrive with a solid foundation in our rules, community, and proper interactions.

Note: If you do not meet these requirements, you will not advance to the next phase, so please only apply once you meet them.

📝 General Guidelines for Applicants:

In addition to the standard requirements above, there are general guidelines for applicants. These outline the qualities and skills we seek in our moderation team members.

Note: Many of these criteria are subjective, meaning interpretations of what qualifies can vary. However, we will strictly enforce the summarized aspects mentioned above.

📈 Application Process

To help you, the community, understand how the application process works, we've detailed it as much as possible below. We hope this clears up any confusion and keeps things straightforward.

📚 Applications

Are you interested in joining Hyper’s moderation team? Applications will be conducted through an online form submission, with clear instructions for each step.

Steps in the Application Process:

  1. Open Application Period – Wait for the recruitment team to announce that applications are open. This will be posted in the `#📣|staff・updates` channel on our Discord.
  2. Application Form – Submit the online application form following the provided instructions. Include detailed responses to questions regarding server rules, moderation experience, and why you’re interested in joining the team.
  3. Evaluation – The recruitment team (Admins and GMs) will carefully review each application.
  4. Unsuccessful Applicants – If you didn’t receive a direct message (DM) after results are announced in `#📣|staff・updates`, your application was not accepted.
  5. Successful Applicants – If you received a DM from the recruitment team, congratulations! You’ll be invited to a meeting where we’ll explain your next steps as part of the Support team.

👮🏻 Support Recruitment Team 👮🏻‍♀️

The recruitment team (Admins, GMs, and Staff Manager) is responsible for addressing questions about applications and managing the process overall. This team will evaluate every applicant's responses and come to a decision—acceptance or rejection.

While this process may seem intense, decisions are made through majority consensus. If you fear that one team member may dislike you, this won’t entirely jeopardize your chances, as every opinion is carefully reviewed and discussed fairly.

🧐 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where can I ask for help?
A: You can request assistance on our Discord in the `📖|general` channel or by opening a ticket.

NOTE: We ask applicants not to repeatedly inquire about when results will be announced. The process is private; if you do so, your application will be automatically rejected.

Q: If I have a punishment, can I still become a Support?
A: If you have a recent warning, mute, or ban (within the past 6 months), you may still apply, but the staff team may not consider you for a position. If you are currently banned or muted, we recommend waiting until it’s lifted before applying.

Q: If I do not get accepted, can I reapply?
A: Yes, but you must wait for 3 months after being rejected to apply again.
